Contact form

The form on our Contact page collects the following data: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), the subject of your inquiry and your message. We process these solely to respond to your inquiry and to prepare a possible business relationship. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering inquiries). We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted.

Form handling (our own Microsoft 365 system)

Form submissions are delivered to us by our own Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) mail system, hosted in the EU, via a function running on our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We use no third-party form service, and the form data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area — your message arrives directly in our loschan@loschan.hu mailbox. Microsoft and Cloudflare are US-parented companies, but the mail is processed in the company’s EU tenant; the hosting provider only relays the submission.

Hosting (Cloudflare)

The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery, DNS, security). For operation and abuse protection, the provider may process visitor IP addresses in server logs for a short period.

Google Maps

The Contact page can embed a Google Maps map, but it does not load by default: a neutral in-house preview and a “Load map” button are shown in its place. Your IP address is transmitted to Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA) only if you click that button – at which point Google may also set its own cookies. This is subject to Google’s privacy policy. Without that click, the page sends no data to Google.

YouTube video

The Laser cutting service page embeds a YouTube video. The video is click-to-load: until you click play, no data is sent to YouTube. When you start playback, the video is loaded from the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain; at that point your IP address is transmitted to Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA), and Google may set cookies. This is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses no tracking, analytics or marketing cookies. Display and accessibility preferences are kept in your browser’s local storage, only on your device. See the Cookie policy for details.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights at loschan@loschan.hu.

Right to complain
